tram line convenient location great variety breakfast option friendly staff unpleasant room cold temperature showering water occasional lack toilet brush

the location was quite convenient. it was close to the tram line. the breakfast offered a great variety of options for everyone. the staff was also friendly (i appreciated that).

the room's temperature could not be increased. it did not make the room very cute. the water in the shower would sometimes stop in the mornings (i was left wet and soapy). there was no toilet brush in the bathroom.

the breakfast buffet had a waffle machine, and i could make my own waffles. this was acceptable.

both evenings, various alarms went off in the room from out of nowhere numerous times. this continued into the early hours, resulting in next to no sleep. reception offered an insincere apology.

clean room comfortable bed wide array

the room was very clean i could see it immediately. the bed offered really good comfort i slept soundly. breakfast included a wide array of options the fresh fruit was a nice touch.

i found that the elevators behaved strangely often stopping when going in the opposite direction it added unnecessary waiting time
